The Hilltop Athletic Department for Junior High & High School will continue the 2018-2019 school year to the online forms and data management system in an effort to streamline our paperwork process and save time for parents. This includes all forms regarding athletic physicals. To be routed to the
athletic homepage and view the parent letter regarding the program as well as detailed instructions on how to get started. This is a requirement for all athletes in order to participate. Thank you.
